Pricing models for agencies running 10 to 50 client sites: per-site plans, bundles, multi-site plugin licences and white-label options, with yearly cost tables.
Published 21 October 2026 · By the Cookiequiet team · Markdown

For an agency managing client sites, a cookie consent tool costs between €190 and $12,500 a year for 50 sites, depending on the pricing model. Per-domain SaaS plans such as CookieYes Basic ($100 per domain per year) reach $5,000 for 50 sites; Cookiequiet's Agency plan costs €190 a year per 10 Pro websites, so €950 for 50, on any platform; WordPress multi-site licences cost less (Borlabs Cookie €499 a year for 99 sites), and tarteaucitron Pro costs €190 a year for all your sites. The right model depends on whether your clients are all on WordPress and whether you need white-label dashboards.

Which pricing models exist?

Four, read on each vendor's own pricing page on 21 October 2026 (CookieYes, Termly and iubenda on 20 October 2026):

  1. Per domain, per month or year: CookieYes, Termly, iubenda, Cookiebot, CookieScript. The bill scales linearly with clients, and often with each client's traffic.
  2. Bundles of sites: Cookiequiet Agency (10 Pro websites and 5 team seats per bundle, for €19 a month or €190 a year), Usercentrics Business (by sessions and domains, from €100 a month for 10 domains and 100,000 sessions).
  3. Multi-site plugin licences: Borlabs Cookie, Real Cookie Banner and Complianz sell yearly licences for 10, 25 or 99 WordPress sites.
  4. One licence for every site: tarteaucitron Pro, €190 a year, €490 for 3 years or €690 once, "with no additional fee per domain", client sites included.

Where do the WordPress plugins and tarteaucitron win?

On price, clearly, when every client is on WordPress: Borlabs Cookie covers 25 sites for €229 a year against €525 on Cookiequiet, and tarteaucitron Pro covers any number of sites for €190 a year. If your agency builds only WordPress sites and keeps every plugin updated, a multi-site licence is the cheaper answer. The Borlabs Cookie and tarteaucitron comparisons go into the details.

Where does Cookiequiet's Agency plan fit?

Agencies with a mixed portfolio. One tag works the same on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, Next.js or a static site, so the setup does not change from client to client: one script tag before the site's other scripts, no plugin to install or update and no tag-manager configuration needed. The scan fills the cookie table and prefills each client's privacy and cookie policies; Reject all is on by default and Consent Mode v2 is switched on in the snippet the dashboard gives you. The How it works page counts about five minutes per site from sign-up to a live banner.

Each Agency website is a Pro website: no Cookiequiet branding, a consent log kept 5 years with CSV export (see how long to keep consent records), weekly rescans of 50 pages, geo-targeting, the AI design agent (Claude Opus, 40 messages per website a month), up to 5 extra domains and one invoice for all client sites. Each bundle also brings 5 team seats, so teammates manage every client site from one dashboard, and per-client billing: a client can pay for their own websites through Stripe and receive the invoices in their own name. At €19 a month for 10 sites, the cost per client is €1.90 a month, which most agencies fold into a maintenance contract.

What about white-label?

Published white-label options, as read on 21 October 2026:

  • consentmanager: white label on Enterprise, custom price.
  • CookieHub: white-label, bulk configuration and one invoice for partners, with the 30% discount.
  • Klaro: white-label client login on the Group plan, shown at €239 or €299 a month depending on billing.
  • CookieFirst: "Whitelabel banner/panel" listed on its Free, Basic and Plus plans.
  • Enzuzo: white-label questionnaire and client logins on Enterprise, custom price.

Cookiequiet removes its branding from the banner on every Starter, Pro and Agency website. It does not offer separate client logins under your own brand.

How should an agency choose?

  1. List the platforms your clients use. WordPress only points to a multi-site licence; mixed points to a hosted tool.
  2. Check traffic. Per-domain plans with pageview tiers (CookieYes, iubenda) cost more for your biggest clients; bundles and licences do not.
  3. Check what you resell. If clients pay you for compliance, a 5-year consent log and policies that follow each scan are part of what you sell.
  4. Price five years, not one. The cost calculator does this for any number of sites, and the pricing page lists the Agency plan.
