Refund policy

• First payment of a subscription: full refund if you ask within 14 days, for any reason. Write to hello@cookiequiet.com from the account's e-mail address.
• Lifetime licences: full refund within 14 days of the purchase.
• Renewals: not refunded, but you can cancel any time before the renewal date from the account page or the billing portal, and the website keeps working on the free plan.
• Agency plans: same rules per bundle.
• Downgrades and unused time: no pro-rated refunds; the Pro features stay active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
