Pricing
consentmanager, a subsidiary of iubenda, prices its consent platform per month with included pageviews. On 2026-10-21 its pricing and feature pages listed Starter at €23 a month for one website and 100,000 views, with extra views at €0.10 per 1,000, and Essential at €59 a month for three websites and one million views, with extra views at €0.05 per 1,000. Both have a one-month contract and a 14-day trial. Enterprise is quoted on a 12-month contract. The pricing page shows no free plan.
Cookiequiet is free for one website, then €3 per website per month or €29 a year on Starter, €9 per website per month or €99 a year on Pro, with the AI design agent, and €190 a year on Agency for a bundle of ten Pro websites and five team seats. No plan counts pageviews. A year costs:
| Websites | consentmanager | Cookiequiet Starter |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | €276 (Starter) | €29 (or €0 on Free) |
| 5 | €1,260 (Essential + 2 Starter) | €145 |
Billed monthly, Cookiequiet Starter is €36 a year per site. A site with 300,000 pageviews a month pays €23 plus 200 × €0.10, so €43 a month on Starter, or €59 on Essential; on Cookiequiet it stays at €3. The cost calculator and why pageview pricing is wrong for consent go through more cases.
Compliance features
Consent Mode v2: on every plan of both, and consentmanager adds Facebook consent mode and Microsoft UET. Cookiequiet sets Microsoft UET consent on request.
Geo-targeting: consentmanager's plans all include EU and non-EU targeting. Laws outside Europe (CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, LGPD and more than 20 others) are listed on Enterprise only. Cookiequiet's geo-targeting is on every plan, including Free, with an opt-out notice for US states with a privacy law and Global Privacy Control honored.
Consent records: consentmanager keeps its consent protocol 13 months on Starter and Essential and 36 months on Enterprise, stored in EU data centers. Cookiequiet keeps records 30 days on Free, 1 year on Starter and 5 years on Pro, with CSV export on Starter and Pro.
Languages: Starter includes one banner language and Essential five; 35+ are on Enterprise. Cookiequiet's banner ships 24 languages on every plan, picked from the visitor's browser.
Branding: removing the consentmanager logo is part of Enterprise white label. Cookiequiet removes its link on Starter, at €3 a month.
Certification and the TCF: Consentmanager CMP is on Google's certified CMP list and the TCF is on Essential and Enterprise, with IAB GPP on every plan. Cookiequiet is not certified, so AdSense, Ad Manager or AdMob publishers with visitors in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland need a certified CMP such as consentmanager for those ads; see the IAB TCF.
Setup
consentmanager's help center lists nine first steps: create an account, log in, create a CMP, assign the vendors and cookies the crawler found to purposes, adjust the design and texts, add the code to the site, adjust third-party scripts so they can be blocked, update the privacy policy, and add a "Do not sell" link for the CCPA. Its integration page offers an automatic blocking code, one tag in the head, but warns it can cause compliance issues and runs synchronously; it recommends manual blocking, where every script and iframe must be adjusted.
Cookiequiet takes one script tag placed before your other scripts, on any platform, with no plugin settings. The first scan fills the cookie table and prefills the privacy and cookie policies, Reject all is on by default, Consent Mode v2 is switched on in the snippet the dashboard gives you, and a banner is live in about five minutes. Marked scripts wait for consent, and an auto-blocker holds scripts injected by JavaScript from about 80 known trackers.

Switching
Remove the consentmanager code (and its tag manager template or CMS plugin if you used one), add the Cookiequiet tag before other scripts, and mark the scripts consentmanager's manual blocking had changed with type="text/plain" data-cq-category="...". Export your consent reports before ending the contract. The pricing page lists every Cookiequiet plan.
